Based in the UK, Mirjam is recognised for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence while navigating transformational change.

A strategic operator and trusted advisor, Mirjam has partnered with CROs and CEOs during periods of inflexion, post-merger integration, stalled growth, or GTM restructuring to stabilise the revenue engine, improve retention, and install the systems and cadence required for sustained performance.

Mirjam hold a master’s-equivalent degree, is fluent in German and English, with a strong Spanish comprehension and deep cultural familiarity after living in Spain. Committed to continuous development, she has further strengthened her expertise with qualifications including Salesforce Admin Certification, Revenue Architecture (Winning by Design), and CRO and RevOps School (Pavilion).
